Processing Times
Purchased items are typically processed and ready to ship within 1-5 business days. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Please be advised that due to the COVID-19 situation, delivery times are unpredictable and may vary) 
• Canada Post Expedited Parcel (tracking + insurance included): 2-8 business days
• Canada Post Tracked Packet USA (tracking + insurance included): 8-13 business days

Returns/ Exchanges & Cancellations

Return/ Exchange Policy
If you would like to make a return/exchange please contact us immediately. You will have 30 days from the date you placed your order to make your return/exchange. You will receive a refund for your order total minus postage fees. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returned items must be unused and in its original condition. If 30 days have passed since placing your order you will no longer be eligible for a return/exchange, unless your order has a delayed delivery due to COVID-19 related issues. 
Arrived Damaged/Lost Package
If an item arrives damaged or is lost due to mishandling during transit please contact us for further assistance.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order please contact us within the first hour of placing your order for a full refund. If you have received a notification that your item has already shipped we will unfortunately not be able to process a cancellation for your order.
