Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, however delays can happen if we get a large influx of orders. You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number once your order is shipped out. Made-to-order items generally take 14 business days to process and ship. Please purchase made-to-order and regular items separately if you would like to receive your regular items sooner.

• USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days (not including processing times)

INTERNATIONAL
• DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct - 7 to 21 business days (not including processing times)
• DHL Express Worldwide - 5 to 6 business days (not including processing times)

Returns/Exchanges

We do not currently offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, if you receive the wrong item, or if your package is damaged or lost so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible to file a claim you must contact us immediately (no more than 5 days) after your package has been delivered, or upon discovery of the loss of a package. For damaged items, do not discard any packaging your item/s came in, or the item itself. We will need this to proceed with the claim. If your package was undelivered due to incorrectly entering your address at checkout, we unfortunately will not be able to refund or replace your order.

Made-to-order Items

MTO items are estimated to ship up to 14 business days from order date, but delays can happen. If you haven't received a notice of shipment after 14 business days we will reach out with a new ETA. MTO and regular items ship together on the date the MTO items are ready for shipment. If you would like to receive your regular items sooner please purchase them separately. Please also be sure to read the measurements and product details in each listing before placing an order, as we do not currently offer exchanges or returns.
