Processing Times
Purchased items are typically processed and ready to ship within 3-7 business days. If you purchased tracked shipping you will receive a notification of shipment with a tracking number once your order is shipped out. Please be advised that if you did not purchase tracked shipping there will be no tracking number included, only a notice of shipment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Please be advised that due to the COVID-19 situation, delivery times are unpredictable and may vary) 
• Canada Post Expedited Parcel (tracking + insurance included): 1-7 business days
• Canada Post Small Packet USA Air (no tracking/no insurance): 4-7 business days
• Canada Post Tracked Packet USA (tracking + insurance included): 7-16 business days

Returns/ Exchanges

Return/ Exchange Policy
If you would like to make a return/exchange please contact us immediately. You will have 14 days from the date you received your order to make your return/exchange. Once item(s) are returned, delivered, and inspected by us you will receive a refund for your order total, minus the original postage fees. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returned items must be unused and in its original condition.
Arrived Damaged/Lost Package
If an item arrives damaged, or is lost due to mishandling during transit and you purchased tracked shipping please contact us for further assistance. If you purchased untracked shipping your package is not insured, so we unfortunately cannot process a refund if your item arrives damaged, or becomes lost. If this is a concern, please always choose tracked shipping when checking out.
