Shipping

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, however delays can happen if we get a large influx of orders. You will receive a notification of shipment with a tracking number once your order is shipped out.

• USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 business days (not including processing times)
• USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days (not including processing times)
INTERNATIONAL 
• DHL eCommerce Parcel Standard - 7 to 21 business days (not including processing times)
• DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct - 7 to 21 business days (not including processing times)
• DHL Express Worldwide - 5 to 6 business days (not including processing times)

Returns/ Exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. All sales are final and can only be returned for a store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once item(s) are returned, delivered, and inspected by us you will receive a store credit, minus the original postage fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with your store credit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, if you receive the wrong item, or if your package is damaged or lost so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible to file a claim you must contact us immediately (no more than 5 days) after your package has been delivered, or upon discovery of the loss of a package. For damaged items, do not discard any packaging your item/s came in, or the item itself. We will need this to proceed with the claim. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the total value minus the postage fees via a store credit gift card. 

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are estimated to ship 2-4 weeks from the pre-order ending date however, delays can happen. All pre-orders and regular items ship together on the date the pre-order items are ready for shipment. If you would like to receive your regular items sooner please purchase them separately.
