What is "MTO"?
A listing with "MTO" in the title stands for made-to-order. These items need to be produced before they can ship.
When will my MTO item/s ship?
It generally takes 14 business days to produce and ship these items. If 14 business days have passed and you have not received a shipment notification we'll reach out with a new ETA.
If I purchased MTO and regular items will they ship separately or together?
All made-to-order and regular items will ship together on the date the made-to-order item/s are ready for shipment. If you would like to receive your regular items sooner please purchase them separately.
Can I cancel, exchange or return my MTO items?
We currently do not offer exchanges or returns. Please be sure to read the measurements and product details in each listing before placing an order. All sales are final.
